Who can participate in the Conference?

The Conference is open to schools from all over the world.

How can I register?

To register, you must first Book a seat at elemasyn.gr/en.

We will soon announce the link where you can make online reservations for the number of students who wish to participate.

What is the booking fee?

The participation fee is € 25.00 per student who wishes to participate.

How is the booking fee paid?

A) PayPal or Credit/Debit

Pay and confirm your reservation instantly and securely via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, select “Debit 0r Credit Card” and enter your debit or credit card information.

Note: elemasyn.gr website does not store your card details. Payment is made through a secure PayPal link.

B) Transfer to the ELEMASYN Bank Account

You can pay for your reservation by depositing your reservation amount via bank transfer.
The details are as follows:

Your reservation is complete with the payment of the amount, within 5 working days from the date of reservation submission.

Is there a minimum number of students that can participate?

No, there is no minimum.

Is there a limit to the number of students that can participate?

There is no limit, however, each student group cannot be more than 20 children.

Is there a limit to the number of supervising teachers?

No; Each school will decide.

What is the booking deadline?

The final booking date is November 18, 2022.

Does ELEMASYN undertake the movement of the student groups?

No; Each school will choose the agency and the means of travel.

What are the topics of the Conference?

Each student group that will participate in the 2nd International Student Conference can choose one of the following topics:

Ι. The cradle of the Renaissance
• The institution “European Capital of Culture”,
• Historical route of the Capitals of Culture,
• Culture and Art in the Capitals of Culture,
• The History of Florence,
• The Cultural Monuments and Museums of Florence.

ΙΙ. In the first line of the fight against the climate crisis
• What are “climate-neutral and smart cities”?
• The need for zero pollution,
• Biodiversity and circular economy,
• The institutions “Green Capital”,
• Air, noise and waste issues,
• Urban living: greener, cleaner, and healthier for European citizens.

What kind of assignments can students present?

Each school can:

  • present his / her work “live” by the group of students who worked on it with any event,
  • or participate with a presentation of a “poster”.
  • The number of members of the student group for the live presentation is 10 – 20 students.
  • The number of members of the student group for the presentation of the poster is 4 – 5 students.

The presentation can be done with

  • the theatrical events,
  • PowerPoint presentations,
  • Short Films,
  • dance.

What is the deadline for submission?

The final date of bookings is November 18, 2022.

The final date of submission of the Participation Form is December 9, 2022.

Can I cancel my participation?

You can cancel within 10 days from the date of your booking.
